I've been playing pretty snug and winning much more consistently than NLH. What I've picked up from reading part of Hwangs book also also made a big difference. I still find myself occasionally in these spots where I have no idea where I'm at.
In this hand, I have top two but likely not the best hand. I also have an open ended draw but again, likely not the best draw. If in doubt, at the moment I just pull the ripcord....

It wouldn't have been tricky had you raised a sizable amount preflop, which is perhaps the hardest thing to do for a tighty. (I should know.) Position with a hand like that is gold. If by some miracle the BB stayed to see a flop, so be it.
It's a monster hand but worth a 3bet into a multi-way. To me it seems a fit or fold hand?
