Planning ahead

My opponent is the best player at the table and is not someone I'm looking to play pots with. but i had to wonder, should i fold if he reraises and i'm 90% sure he has a boat?

If he reraises and you fold, you're setting yourself up for bluffs. Having said that, yes, I think you have to fold.
