HU shenanigans

There's something about HU games that completely drain me. I can play a bunch of full ring tables and browse the internet at the same time - no sweat. But a single heads up, esp. against a tough opponent and I feel like a lay down afterwards. In this game my opponent was a little tight and I managed to grind them down, then I hit a little snag when he outdrew me. Then a nice little suckout on the river before grinding him down again. And finally getting it in good and holding up.

In full ring today I played 300 or so hands. I won 3 big juicy pots and lost 3 big juicy pots to finish up the same amount for my HU win ($2). In those 3 hands I got 2 and 3 outered with the $ in preflop and in the other I ran into a set with AA against my spot at the table.

This game can be brutal.
